hi all i have one blackberry 9700 problom is resetting any solution so many times i will do the softwares in different versions but same as before put the battery resetting always resetting any solution please help

Have you installed any apps lately?

Was the phone working OK before these apps were installed?

Have you got a memory card installed?

Try rebooting the phone without the memory card, see if that makes it work.

Its going to be a long process but, its the best way to see if anything installed lately is affecting your phones.
