Pls can someone kindly help out with blackberry 9700 trackball scroll schematics. the trackball goes up alone. It doesnt come down or goes sideways. so pls help. we've changed several but still same.

diss assemble your blackberry 9700
remove the track pad connector
there is white pad underneath the pad it self
slowly remover it and allign the silver round metal or the keypad membrane
it will work 1000000%
