@rico f,

Just one small mistake on the above.

You indicate a jumper on the TP817, this is the Test point pad, the jumper have to be on U808 to the left of C1558. Just so we are clear.

Also for further information, we've had a few sets where also the FL807 have been faulty, changing it will and can rectify those units where above jumper tricks are not working.

yes agree with you something is wrong the T810 is only a point U808 is correct to make jumper
