9700Bold Blinking red light

Hi, I tried to flash this phone via application loader as it has the error message 507

What is the solution to this problem? is it h/w related??

the device does not recognise on pc?

Connect the phone with out that battery, then half way throuh the flash crooned the battery.

This handset had also been repaird for water damage approx 6months ago

Leave the battery out until it says uploading ram image then put the battery back in the phone.
