9780 dead after trying to update it . and now cant turn on ti tried to make software it stops at net_rim_crypto.cod thats all what can i do ???

Use JL_cmdr to wipe it and use Loader to reinstall
and
Use Google to find out about JL_cmdr and Loader...

u can use BBSAK to wipe the device then use the loader to reinstall the OS. use google to find and download BBSAK.

try to use old "blackberry destop software downloader v4" dont use news version

or "Wipe" option that oprion remove all data and reset device to defaut

i have a problem like my friend, but i have a 9780 that red led is on for 10 seconds and later off and restart in that bucle, just red led and power off......any help ???

look for and download the quick installer files for bb 9780 and load it to your phone. this should solve your problem. for red light issue, please open the phone and check for liquid damage. it's mostly hardware issues.
