9800 Torch Restarting Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi All, please i have a blackberry 9800 which restarts once in a while when making or receiving a call.

i have wiped with jlcmder and updated to the latest firmware but still happening.

any ideas how to fix this problem???

your help is keenly awaited.

First change the trackpad if your problem is not water damage. if the trackpad change doesn't fix the issue, try changing the flex cable.

check it after remove speaker ,if problem remains,check its network area.....
