You can solve with nake & wipe then flash

9900 and 9810 hardware strcuture are same,9810 is slider.so software command are also same.
goto this theared.your 9810 will recover by using & follow those step 2,3,4 without battery.
and than use desktop manager.

i follow ur intruction,but my device still stuck loading 75%

after wiping the device you have to install software version 7.0, not 7.1. just install 7.0 phone will boot fully
