u from indonesia why u not use tool from indonesia???
they support disable BIMS.

9900 and 9810 hardware strcuture are same,9810 is slider.so software command are also same.
goto this theared.your 9810 will recover by using & follow those step 2,3,4 without battery.
and than use desktop manager.

after wiping the device you have to install software version 7.0, not 7.1. just install 7.0 phone will boot fully
