9860 stuck in blackberry logo-flashed still same-help


after flash also bb9860 stuck in blackberry logo.

two times flashed-same-so i think it hardware.

which ic?

i saw in forum many friends have same problem-and good experinced guys answer as internal memory problem.try to heat it

i need schematic or show me this ic

1.use step1 nuke my phone batch file
2.use step2 wipe my phone
3 update with using auto flash loader by model
100% tested on many devices
if not solve then contact me i will solve ur problem via team viewer

if not solve then first full erase the phone with pb tool like any software after repaet full procedure again 101% tested on many 9860 and other bb devices
if not solve ur problem then give me ur tv me i will do all myself
