Blackberry Q10 From sprint unlock menu disabled


Hi, i have a q10 from sprint, but when going to settings - privacy - sim card the menu to enter unlock code is no there, what can i do to enter the code?

hi need also a sultion if ther is any unlock-box that i can with it change the phone imei it will be good
beacouse the sprint q10 its the sqn100-4 model and its CDMA but its include a full GSM antenta + 3g and 4g and so on, but sprint have been give this phones a BAD imei the only change that need to be its to replace the imei
so if any one know if their is a box to make that repair please let me know

Blackberry Q10 Sprint - annoying patient :P

Go to Setup, then Self Service, when it loads click on the gear icon and that will bring up the menu for the 6 digit MSL code.

Here one menu also visible that is 'Unlock sim"

"ERROR Failed to initiate the SIM card unlock request."

BUT then next WHAT !!
ANY CLUES ?
If there is any solution please let us know.

use chimera tool to unlock blackberry and you can buy unlock code for lumia online.
