9900 memory problem

i have this phone i suspected to have a memory problem. I flashed it several times. There's always big EDGE and 3G with blackberry LOGO on it but the problem is that, i noticed when i switch network mode between 3G and 2G, it's not always efficient besides, it'll never bring out the welcome video after flash till i go to setup before it now brings the welcome video. please, i need a quick response. thanks all.
