i want unlock it
after input mep show me network blocked
how can fix this problem
plz help me

that sounds like a phone that was shut down buy the phone company

How do i fix the 9900 with o mep? Someone said use LGTOOL? How much are credits? where do i buy them and fix this? I cant make this card with battery and such.
