check in the network setting 2g+3G i also face this problem today but after doing this setting my problem was resolved you can check it may b it will work for u also

what if you whipe device with bbsak or jl commannder or do a mfi whipe?

its not a wifi problem i have tried activating connections 1 by 1 but only when i activate the mobile network the phone goes into a restart loop

i have wiped my device a few times and installed different OS 7 builds but nothing works

Flash with MFI then full install OS then select 2G only. I suspect the 3G network is giving the problem. I seen many sets here with the same problem.
