9900 red light and restart 2pcs need help

i have 2 pcs 9900 one is very fresh phone and one was water damage
both have same problem red light and then restart i tried my best but no success i m posting full story and condition of phones with pictures

when i connect with computer without battery it show X mark on battery



when i connect with computer with low battery it show charging but when it store a bit charge again red light and restart



i tried to flash it with Fast flasher every thing was done but still same problem

after this i run fast intaller and its done but at the end installer windows just close and says nothing and still same


i tried to flash with no jvm , but phone is not reconnecting with jvm
also i tried to flash with desktop manager but no success


i changed the power ic , and the small ic for relight

this is my 5th phone without any success
now please help me what to do with these phones

have u try to replace "U1305" ?

u need PBTOOL full erase then flash it hope it will help u i did fix many of them

it doesnt show startup screen or status bar
just red light for 2 3 seconds then turn off and then again red light

i have same problem in 5 phone i tried that as well but still problem is same
if phone get turn on after load full OS keep restarting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no success yet ??????/

9: Proceed until it ask you if you want to automatically back up and restore, Select DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY BACK UP MY HANDHELD do next

10: & wait for Your device's software has been updated successfully

but no sucess alwas showing recconect to jvm

i tried with app loader i also mentioned in my first post , no success with that always reconnecting to jvm

Many 9900 suffer from the same problem, I have worked a lot, but no success. Seems problem of recognition of the battery, but no problem of battery
