9930 red light and cant update. - GSM-Forum

I have BB 9930 that blink red light, and while updating it i always get this error...
Application loader was unable to connect with your device. please re-connect your device, enter the password,if required and click retry

please how do i solve it.

its as a password try to put passcode or wipe data first

Malihassan you are great your solution worked. I tested it some hours ago. but mine does not have ringer sound could it be hardware ?
