after updating z10 to latest version music player video player and gallery missing and lots of other icons r missing
i can se only 1 page of apps and there r only 12 apps

help me .......................

which version update...?? 10.3

if you update 10.3 you have face this problem cause its not official version...

now you need to connect with black berry link and update your phone..

Hi guys I am having the same trouble after updating my os to 10.3.1
No media apps no file manager
What to do I have tried updateing but it says it is updated.

I think u flash with developer file, flash with official Quick instaler. Or u can update using blackberry link

Yester day i flashed Z10 with auto loader after flash music gallery file menager and some other apps are disappeared.My problem solved after updating with Blackberry Link
