Hard Reset BLACKBERRY 9860 Torch

  1. Power on the phone.
  2. Then press Menu key and find Opions icon.
  3. Next goto Security Wipe, and tap Meny key twice.
  4. Select Options -> Security -> Security Wipe.
  5. Choose fild what you want to reset, and tap in the text fild "blackberry".
  6. Now select Wipe Data.

Hard Reset BLACKBERRY 9720

  1. Switch on the phone.
  2. Open the application tray.
  3. Now scroll to Options -> Security -> Security Wipe -> Tick/untick the items you would like to wipe.
  4. Goto the text box and tap "blackberry".
  5. Select Wipe.
  6. Success!

  2. Then on the home screen click the Options icon.
  3. Select Security -> Security Wipe.
  4. Choose from the menu what you want to wipe.
  5. Now tap "blackberry", and click Wipe.

  3. Then select Options -> Security -> Security Wipe.
    * Confirm all operations using trackpad.

  1. Switch on the cell phone.
  2. Next from the home screen scroll to the All tray and press the trackpad.
  3. Then browse to Options and confirm this option with trackpad.
  4. Now select Security -> Security Wipe.
  5. Check or uncheck the data to be erased.
  6. After that enter text "blackberry", and scroll to Wipe data.
  7. Press trackpad to confirm previous operation.
  8. Done! Your phone will reset and reboots.

Hard Reset BLACKBERRY 9330 Curve 3G

First method for software version 5.x:

  1. Make sure, that your phone is on.
  2. Then from the home screen press Menu key.
  3. Next select Options -> Security Options -> Security Wipe.
  4. Now ensure that the appropriate options are selected.
  5. After that enter blackberry into the 'Enter to confirm device wipe' field then select Wipe.
Second method for software version 6.x:

  1. Power on the phone.
  2. Next from the Home screen All tray, select Options -> Security -> Security Wipe.
    * To expand the tray, press the Menu button then select Open Tray.
  3. Now check which options are selected, and enter text "blackberry" to confirm wipe field.
  4. Select Wipe data.
