help... i have a vodafone BB 9500 from hungary,,,after i inserted the battery the clock onthe screen appears.. then after that it suddenly appears white screen.. what is the problem of my phone and how to solve it? thanks

please somebody help, i have got a blackberry 9800 slide having the following problems; 1. when you dial a number the screen goes off while the upper segment keypad light remains on for about five minutes before it displays back and the dialed call will be cought off, but if you plug hansfree dialling, it works fine. 2. the navigation button does not OK, but scrolls fine. 3. when you plug charger to it the charger indicator light goes off. though it receives call fine ..........................................what can i do in this case ?

Has this problem just recently started occurring?
Try restarting your phone + taking out the battery and putting it back on.
That usually did the trick for me.
