i have bb 9700 bold with ENter network MEP code ( 0 left )
what should i do ?

As far as I am aware Blackberry unlock | DM3 Unlocking Service is your only option at this time.

NOTE: I like free stuff as much as the rest of us, but unfortunately I don't think there is another option at this point in time.
