i have Q10 its suddenly dead and no response with charger and change battery, when i conect it with PC without battery its show notification light glow for some time when i connect with battery its no response with pc .... how to handle this problem.

Download AutoLoader and RUN it without battery.

Switch off your phone then RUN AutoLoader, then connect your device. Device should be switch off when connecting your phone.
