Member: 1549821 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7 | APPLICATION loader unable to connect BB9700 I am trying to repair a Blackberry 9700. The operating system is not booting and is stuck in some cycle. It boots up loades up for 3 seconds then proceeds to wipe the OS then crashes and boots again. There is always a red light but sometimes the screen is blank. I have tried to use the JL Loader but that has had no effect. I have used the deslktop manager and tried to install another bb OS but it always crashes when it communicates with the BB. There is always an "application loader is unable to connect" i press retry and it simply repeats the error message. I have tried this with and without the battery in the phone but always the same message. Is there any thing I can do?? |

The vendor file deleter is for xp English and Spanish, Maybe Then add support for more operating systems. The delete command was created x me, I got the loader.exe x network there. |

Member: 1549821 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7 | Thanks for the advice. I went through the whole process and still no luck. In particular I ran the wipe/delete program ...but still no luck. I even tried connecting it via DOS (cmd) and even that could not connect. I tried connecting it without the battery and had some luck with an unknown usb but as soon the apploader started the it would not authenticate the phone least of all connect to it... So thanks for the advice but still no one seems to no anything about this problem as I have searched a dozen forums including official blackberry ones.... |

Member: 1283129 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 135 | I have seen this problem before. Sometimes you can fix with Fast Installer program. Find on this forum. I do first with no battery then the status bar loaded all the way and it gave error 4??. Then I did again with battery and it fixed. This is a perfect solution for blackberry where computer detects but when loading software it dies on connecting to jvm. |
