How to upgrade BB 9810, 9630, 9900, etc (v7 type)?

I can't upgrade these types, now it shows handheld application loader wizard error... this error starts since i installed 9810 firmware...

i'm using windows xp and bbdm 601, other types have no problem to upgrade before... but now other types can't be upgraded too since it shows such error each time i open bbdm.

any idea bro? thanks in advance....

I had this problem on the pc that has on DM6 too.
Go to the help menu, upgrade DM, then restart and you should be fine.

what windows r u using bro? im using win xp sp2...

is it error because of the windows??

if you has reenamed the file loader.exe in reserch in motion folder, (example: loader -jvm), you need to put back the name loader.exe to update sucessfully the phones

i never renamed the .exe file.
has anyone ever been successful installing os 7 for blackberry using windows xp sp2 or sp3??
im just curious, maybe it is error because of windows...
i can't update blackberry dm since win xp sp2 cannot be installed for latest dm version...

Same problem here /now it say no software installed for this device for all models vendor file deleted as allways - all happend after installlng software for 9900 :-)

simply follow the path and run loader or copy this and past it in run then press enter.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe

you do sure need XP sp3 being the least. the latest drivers don't work on xp with sp2 and below. do upgrade your windows and you wont get this error. or use vista or win7 for your upgrade.

Salam to all brothers.plz i have a problem i cant install 9800 firmware on xp.when i try to install setup finsh same tym and give error.but on vista is working which software i can use before insatall firmware.

1st urs battery must be charged atleast 70%
2nd changed usb port
3rd changed battery
4th download fresh os and try again

try to uninstall all bb related apps on pc reinstall dm and try to fix it permanently or else you can try to load with loader from here C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader other way is to load rapido loader or installer
