9800asia file error -- upload again please

my set red blink only
loader.exe bb desktop not fix it only error comes

I have a BlackBerry 9788, "no application linked", I retry to load ROM for thousand time but it disconnect in "reconnecting chapter"
I tried with "chimera" but they say "cant connect"

pls help me
