check IMEI and MEP I already encounter that solve by double check in the MEP of the phone. and got the right code using MXKEY... make sure your phone is not refurbished or they didn't change the IMEI.

If unlock code r correct maybe ur bb already unlocked that's why u got code error,

anyway use mfi multiloder, It's best way to solve.

If you have mep left then try to reload OS It will work.
