bb 8520 synchronize error - GSM-Forum

hi friends ,

when i try to sync my bb8520 with pc ... getting an aerror "your computer must be connected to the internet to perform this operation....."

*. pc connected with high speed internet
*. tried after pause the anti virus

pls help me
