i have replace u605 on 8520 loading on 75% and it work parfect
but where to buy this ic in the market?

ill try this bridge and it works 100%%%% but after this bridge my bb8520 have no signal searching only

where or from what pcb can we found it plz?

i found it in the same pcb, jejeje

you dont need to replace, just make jumpers.
