Hello

I have BB 8800 On screen Massege -- HANDHELD is Locked

How to unlock ??????

you can enter the code wrong 10 times and it will reset it to an out of box state... then you get to set your own password. no problem, you'd probably want to wipe it will clean first.

be careful, because sometimes it wipes the entire os, and you will have to reload the os. happened to me before, so, in any case, have it at hand.

some times your suggestion does not getting successfully but i think 1st make wipe then reload that soft after that disable option will showing after that on security section
