BB 8900 prblem. - GSM-Forum

I am facing probem with my BB 8900, observing frquent error of

uncaught exception : index 8 >=8 and
uncaught exception : java.lang.,null pointer excepton

How to solve this problem.

I have downloaded B Desktop manager 4.7.0.32, MFI multiloader 1.8.1.3
and file 8900M_pbr4(1).6.1_rel267__pl.4.2.0.94_A4.61.168.

Installed Desktop manager, phone connected and tried to software update but it shows "No oftware update is requiredfor your device"

Now how to process, please guide.

first of all download new version of desktop manger 5.1 and try again to update ur device ur problem will be solve

Delete vendor.xml from c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader - should help.

bro first u have to erase ur bb by using JL_cmder
after this update u r bb by using application loader which is staying in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
u can download JL_CMDER from here

Reload OS with Loader
