BB 9000 can't disable screen lock - GSM-Forum

Blackberry 9000 after 2 minute screen lock, i try to disable the screen lock but on usb connection also prompt for lock code, handset open by 1234 but on usb show incorrect code, i can't download new software or flash the phone. how to solve this problem? please help me.
