Until now there has been no problem bb9220 solusin red blink, I have 5 phones same case.

if the fhones you tested before was ok then you can solve ,otherwised same as broken from rim.............

download and run this program and enter Password of device your device automatically wiped after wipe no policy in your device
"blackberry remove it policy command"
