There are a few things to try:

1) Did you try pulling the battery for 30 seconds and putting in back in to see if that'll solve the problem?
2) Did you try turning off the radio and back on?
3) did u try to flash ur phone with latest firmware?

Try these 2 things:
1: check mobile network options>menu>my preferred network list
to see if there is one called "*name unknown".
if yes,menu>add network>select from available network>******
add your current available networks to the network list.
then delete the *name unknown.
OR:
press the call button, menu, phone options, general options --> from there check your area code, phone number length, and most impt, change your "restrict my identity" option to none instead of always

Hope these 2 things will be helpful!
