BB 9520 email issues - GSM-Forum

I have easily set up personnal emails on BB. My work email will not configure.
What do I need to do to get the work email up and receiving without using redirector?
The new desktop software does not have the redirector option anyway...
Please help me as this is the main reason I got the phone...

u can use GPRS/EDGE data transfer to have a direct access to you e-mail accounts
