1.Uninstall Blackberry desktop manager
2.Restart your PC
and install again

i already do this sir
but no lucks sir

use new dm.that's right driver problem.in position connect in JVM don't close.open device manager.update driver blackberry.n' click retry maybe solved.

maybe your usb com using chipset intel.not good 4 flashing blackberry.
usb chipset via it's veri good 4 flashing blackberry

if not succes update with rapido file.HERE

Try to connect another Blackberry to your computer. If it connects OK then maybe problem with USB port. If other Blackberry doesn't connect OK then problem with your PC. This is simple problem.
