I have new Blackberry 9650 sprint and virizon. Internet package here in africa does not work. phone is unlocked .... can someone please help

cek PIN suspen or not....
contac operator network...

Operator already activated BIS because tested sim card in other blackberry 9860 internet works well.
But in blackberry 9900 internet not working. Reprogram the memory and did reset using wrong password but still no change.

please cek yor PIN BB9900 suspen or not....
if you do not suspend blackberry then try reloading the OS

Check PIN in 3 places and had all the same ...
PIN and IMEI checks on the unit (Option -> status) or can be by pressing Alt + Shift + H
PIN and IMEI checks on the battery (open battery and will look PIN and IMEInya)
PIN and IMEI check box.

Third Match PIN and IMEI and they will be the same ...

Then go to this website ... http://xxx.BlackBerry.com
(xxx = xl ato ato Indosat, Telkomsel)

Then Create New Account ... location then will be asked to enter the PIN and IMEI qta ... then click next and it will appear the following text:
Your device has not yet been registered with the network

there is no any problm with ur fone.....its net work problm try to contect ur fone service center
