BB 9700 & BB 9780 - couter reset - GSM-Forum

hy..I have two phones and can not put mep2 code because it was wrong to put someone else 10 times. how could I do a reset you can put it right one?

actually I got the same problem with a curve 9300, anyway there is no solution for these specific 3 models (your 2 plus mine) so far

and I was hoping for some expert to tell if it seems to be near to get this problem fixed

we already know about dm3 solution.. we need solution software for ourselves

Actually I don't think DM3 support all BlackBerry models as they site didn't mention these exact 3 models and even other models,
even if they supported those 3, how would this be a practical solution if the service is expensive and doesn't support all countries!

I am currently trying to get the company I bought the phone from to replace it or find me any solution they can as I am still in their two weeks warranty for malfunctions.

same problem to me at 9300 curve
mep 0 left and dm3 not coming in my country for the moment

not even dm3 could fix this, already contacted them and they dont have the solution for these specific models.
