BB 9700 software loading issue

all, need your great help to look into my case.

i may use loader-9700 to load the unit back to facotry OS mode (no application linked). but when i trying to install the ROM using apploader (C:\program files\common......\apploader\loader.exe with delete of vendor.html), the apploader program goes dead. it stuck at restarting the unit (the 2nd step), it seems no response from the phone to the apploader, the phone keeps restarting with red led on (led on for 30 seconds and off for 2 seconds for restarting).

anybody facing the same issue?

i tried to WIPE the phone by using CMD javaloader.exe, it shows no detection of the phone @ usb port.

anyone may help?
