BB 9700 Unable to make/recieve calls or send/recieve text msgs.

Hi, sorry if this issue has been fixed elsewhere, I just havent found a working solution yet.

I have inserted my otherwise normal sim into my bb bold 9700, and I cant make or recieve calls or send messages. It says "unathorised failure" with a Vodafone sim and I have also tried it with a Tmobile sim, same thing but different response. Through all of this the bb messenger works as well as my email. I did try the solution given by changing the "restrict my identity to never" it hasnt worked. I have called Vodafone customer services, they say the IMEI is alright and sim is fine, not sure what I need to do. I have also reflashed the phone with Os 6.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Hi, thanks for your responses. I have looked and there are no IT policies to remove. However I did try a certain T-mobile number 07956125820 to check the IMEI. It reports that it is apparently "lost or stolen". I plan to ring the network in the morning. Highly infuriated.
