bb 9780 battery cross screen with x - GSM-Forum

i have got blackberry 9780 when i switch on shows red light after that only battery indicate on screen with x cross it. I tried to update firmware but it cant flash, it says unable to update os. I NEED URE IDEAS to solve the problem.

you can check part to batt id,,,

change battery and check bc

i have already change the battery problem still the same.and it cant upload os.and when i measure battery terminal + and - indicate there is short circuited.
Please i need ure help?

Open your phone and check what is causing short circuit.
