BB 9780 wifi lost


i was ****** with the Engineering screen on my 9780 and in WIFi section i clicked crash wilink thread and ti recovery, ti verbosity which booted the phone and disabled the WLAN radio and now in status the WLAN mac is 00:00:.... and it wont turn on either.
any help on restoring the wifi back to normal is appreciated.
i have already tried full wipe, factory reset with bbsak, and reloaded the OS with no help at all.

i think it might need a wlan calibration or bridging which maybe be possible by radiolab tool but a working tool for bold 9780 is needed.
anyone with more inputs?

some progress

i flashed factory os and ran radio lab tool, was able to connect but rtas problem persists, anyone who can guide on how to bypass it, as radio lab tool has got option to calibrate and bridge wlan radio.
devs where are you.
waiting for precious inputs.

gave it another try, the main problem is wlan calibration, so anyone with insights plz help.
i gave it another shot by complete format, wipe, nuke, but still no solve after reload.

tried tried and tried, but a bypass/workaround/access to rtas is needed to run radiolab tools which indeed MIGHT solve the problem.
