Hello,
what is the condition of the phones hardware.
i had one phone bb but different model, i changed the connector then it started to take firmware update.

hello,
phone hardware is good , not connected to usb for upgrade soft. battery also ok. mobile is dead . any solution please......

Check shorting of following point.
1. Check VPWR (3.6to 4.20v) at C1408.
2. Check VSYS (3.6to 4.20v) at C1417.
3. Check V1_8DIG (1.80v) at C1415.
4. Check V1_8DDR (1.80v) at C1414.
5. Check V1_2DIG (1.20v) at C1413.
6. Check VSM3 (3.0v) at C1416.
7. Check V2_85DIG (2.85v) at R1477.
8. Check V3_3USB (3.30v) at R1478.
9. Check VCC_MAIN(1.1to 1.35v) at C1454.

If all point are ok than
1. Change Xtal-32Khz (X1400) near power IC.
2. Change Xtal-24Mhz (X301) near network IC.

please take help of schematic.don't ask for image.
