bb 9800 black and white complete body differece - GSM-Forum

hi,

i have black 9800,i tried to put white complete body in it when i try to make call its sensor is working automatically when call starts all lights goes off when call ends all lights are on i think may be pannel problem,so i replaced it and again it was same with white pannel ,then i tried on black pannel it was working ok,then i have white 9800 i tried to check my white pannels they are working with whites motherboard not with black ,have any one encountered same problem.

Hi bro . i had same issue some time ago . Problem is that detectors hole ( on the top of the LCD ) is closed or not full open . Check the detectors hole on LCD panel and touchscreen , it must be open .

there is no issue in touch or whole white is working with white and black is working in black when i try to change black into white then problem happen otherwise no problem

confirmed we cannot use black motherboard into white body, i bought black body and sorted out even i confirmed from seller he said also we cannot interchange torch colour.

Not confirmed ! Several times we changed White housing and touchscreen on black body and black on to white body . And no problem with sensor working . As I wrote before , possible reason may be bad replacing of touchscreen . It is very sensytive ...
