With sim initialization failed ,without sim insert sim card

I made reset with furious Gold allwaye the same

What to do ?

I have same issue. Sometime i am getting "Insert SIM Card" and sometime "initialization failed". All 6 points of SIM jack are properly connected but SIM is not working.

Try to do this it's should work / i read this on crackberry forums
try inserting some thin plastic or something above the SIM in the slot so it presses down harder. i had this problem too and this seems to fix it.

check V_SIM is short,than remove c1073,c1558,1559.if not short than check link from c1073 to c1558.if still not than jumper c1073 to c1081(V2_85DIG).

hi guys,

i got a 9800, it came in for repairs with sim reader pins broken, i replaced with new sim reader but showing initialization failed sos, even without simcard showing same thing, please help.
