| bb 9900 not charging hi i have a bb 9900 and it is not charging the port is good has voltage behind the charging port but thats where the voltage stop can some one help me with this solution thanks in advance |

| i just spoke to the customer about this phone and they said that they where charging the phone from the battery connector and they put the positive to the negative part seem like it sorted out the phone now red light and not charging any solutions thanks in advance |
