bb 9900 stuck on 75% i try to flash but alwayes stuck on reconnect to jvm
any one can share me the solution how to disable internal memory

You can use Crotz software or Greenberry software to disable built-in memory,I have tested these two free softwares and worked fine

Worked for me, 9900 75% then white screen, would not flash etc.
Crotz - connect handset -> get info & backup -> Format Partition only.
Handset will reboot 75%, then erase, reboot again but this time give error 513 - empty.
Reflashed with apploader, All ok ;0)

or eras with mfi withaut battery and flash via laoder
