Is there any way to connect the Blackberry as a modem without Installing Desktop Manager or Any third Party Application like SharkModem.

I want to Create AutoSetup for my Mobile Operator.
Want to make a program... like "Click and Established" no need to install desktop manager. APN will be pre-define.
