i have one bb q10 just show red blinking i just restore with loader dev aplpha now working but canot show gallery and some applications i just try to restore with bb link always shown their are no update available.any one have any solution please help me

Try another OS for Q10 not for dev alpha.

Try download correct loader from HERE , full backup first (for save info ) then run loader , at last restore backup ( after u finish setup phone using same Blackberry ID )

how can you back up a crashed or red blinking blackberry?

hope u begin autoloader and connect BB to PC without battery ?
