bb storm 9500 call failed - GSM-Forum

Hi.I have 2 blackberry from different customers , i've put code succesfully but if i put any simcard phone says call failed.Reception is full, phone is logged in to network provider.Phones are new and they are not banned.Original sim works fine.Thanks

check if there is any security policy, if yes you have to remove it, browse forum for solution.
The other thing is that phones are blocked/blacklisted

I found some policy remover but it didnt work.I think it was for 8xxx models.Phones are not cut off the network.

go to call options-intelligent call-country code and change to not meet... and ready enjoy your blackberry storm.
