BB Z10 STL100-2 locked to id bb how to remove it


i have BB Z10 STL100-2 can't enter to menu after upgrade,locked to id the owner (theft mode),anyone know how to fix it...???

You can enter a return id/blackberry blackberry protect the same before performing the update

before an update is expected you disable blackberry protect web and smartphone in blackberry protect

RomKingz: Remove Blackberry 10 Anti Theft Protection Lock
Just tested on BB Q10, locked on Blackberry ID screen and worked as it should.
