Hi i have a bb 8120 its aparrently is a software problem but my computer wont reconize the phone.
I try already so many ways to make it detect as full battery, without battery, plug cable and after battery but my computer wont reconize the phone.. the phone only blinks red light when battery with energy or when plug in computer

Phone is stuck on bootrom mode, let it without battery for a couple of hours, then whitout battery too connect it to computer your phone will be recognized for a few seconds you should have ready firmware update wizard to catch it an flash it.

i have tried that too .. i have the phone already long time ago with this and not working

try to open your phone and clean battery connector and check also the usb cable and usb socket

also did.

theres something wrong with blackberry devices but still theres is no enough solutions for them i have like 5 units same problem light blinking in red and wont be reconized by computer.. some other phones totally dead.. without water damage and hits..

If your phone is in error 11011 (blink,blink,no-blink,blink,blink) is 100% stuck in bootrom mode, I've recovered various bb in that mode with the method that I posted before. Just won't be inpatient, try and try. Bb are very hard to kill.
