bb9500 camera error help - GSM-Forum

the camera from the bb9500 worked
but stop functioning it say's "could not start the camera.close other applications and try opening the camera again."
press "ok" and closing
need help brand new bb waranty

i had same problem, I call BB support and they told me weird solution: remove battery for minimum 60 second and put back. I thought they make joke with me, but I try and it did work !!!!
