its a software problem update urs device

brother I have another same model BB9780 same fault but both are try to done with the software but when the jvm start set give the error same bettrey cross....any other solution in hardware if have send me.

this eeror is come from diffrent ways
1- battery
2- charging jeck
3- software
4- power ic find it then post the result
